SUMMARY

Three separate supportive and independent senior living facilities in suburban Chicago for a local development/ management corporation ranging in size from 61 to 91 units and 13 to 18 million dollars in cost. Each project offered unique challenges but were produced on time and value-engineered to be within the client's budget.
