SUMMARY

Northside home for a couple of work-from-home professionals, their two children and au pair.

Immediate proximity of METRA tracks, across street to west, plus non-conforming conditions of site presented design challenges. House is positioned to block noise and views from tracks and allow for a large open yard to the east. Full-height glass walls take advantage of available sunlight from the east and views into yard.
