SUMMARY
A series of renovations, restorations and additions to historic athletic and social club. We were hired as architect for all projects to be funded under ongoing capital improvements budget for nearly a decade. Major projects included renovation of ballroom, replacement of commercial kitchen, installation of sports bar, addition of fitness room, dining room renovations and design of a parking structure.
