SUMMARY

Three three-story townhomes on an unusual alley/street that allowed for unusual zoning conditions. Vertical program culminates in a rooftop deck with adjacent studio/office/playroom

depending on the family needs. Design seeks to provide tenants with ample access to outdoor features and natural light without compromising privacy. Construction is plywood over metal studs and joists, wrapped in an exterior insulating and finishing system.
