SUMMARY

Prototypical design to be located on miscellaneous sites in inner-urban Chicago, design doubles as secure tool shed for overnight storage of farming tools and a platform for education about inner-urban farming practices. Closed building "opens up" when in use to form an open-air pavilion by means of two counter-weighted walls that become roofs when in open position.
